Paul Tobey’s Powerful Tinnitus Healing Methods
This is my number one recommendation for healing tinnitus.

One thing that really stuck out in my conversation with Paul was his philosophy of focusing on what you want spiritually, mentally and emotionally and how the physical changes will follow. This is a guy who’s just walked over 800 kilometres on a trek through Spain over 60 days. Paul filmed about 60 hours of footage along the Camino de Santiago for one of his documentary projects. Interesting… I am also an artist from Canada and I value my ears. My tinnitus and hearing has worsened by some questionable practices by some renovation workers who seem to not care about the hearing loss potential, and consequently, tinnitus, hyperacusis and other kind of problems such as aggressivity, depression, etc. Please respect the people. Not everyone want to get their ears plugged and damaged for good. In this case, this is controllable. They help the people from their medium. That should not be the response from them. I understand that nail guns are things that cannot be reduced much. That’s not what I am talking about. It’s about dropping heavy material or attempting to speed up work at the expense of hearing. I am not surprised that it goes beyond 140 dB. If you are one of those who value their hearing and if you can, don’t put a team to work on your house in the winter. It can be a struggle to go out everyday in the cold and snow… That’s if the team that you have selected doesn’t respect any standards to prevent or reduce the potential of hearing loss in what is controllable. Hammering might not be but moving stuff, especially the heavy ones, should be done cautiously. If they don’t protect themselves and don’t respect themselves, how do you expect them to respect you?
I would be very interested to know how much sound pressure has got from the explosion. It doesn’t have to be precise, just a guess estimate.
Why doesn’t the source attempt to reduce the noise made? Some might tell me that they are paid to renovate and not reduce sounds. Yes but, precautions such as this are supposed to be applied in any job or activity, with no exception!
